For any returns, a legal right of withdrawal applies to the agreement as follows:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping.

Only the costs for returning from your home back to the webshop are for the customer's own account. The return costs paid by the customer to the carrier are approximately 6.95 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. < / span>

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@waarzeggershop.nl We will then refund the order amount due within 14 working days after registering your return provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Fortune teller's shop hereby follows the legal provisions in accordance with Article 6.230r of the Dutch Civil Code.

Every order you place with us has a trial period of 14 days. Are you returning an item? Then we will ensure that the return shipment is processed and refunded within 14 days of receipt.

Before returning an item, you must indicate this to our customer service via info@waarzeggershop.nl. After our confirmation you can return your order to our address in Amsterdam:

You must pay the (return) costs for returning your purchase yourself. Costs for returning your purchase will not be reimbursed by Waarzeggershop.

If the item has signs of wear or damage, which is caused by you having done more with the products than is necessary, we can decide not to refund the full amount paid or not to accept the item back.
